Advisory Committee

SWAC is composed of more than 30 members representing citizen planning advisory committees (CPACs), industry, businesses, regulatory agencies, environmental groups, schools and churches. For a list of SWAC members, click here. The SWAC will meet monthly to discuss the following:

• How to establish meaningful stormwater management goals and the appropriate levels of service
• Recommendations for the best level of expenditures for stormwater
• The best methods for financing the stormwater program
• Recommendations of procedures for simplifying the billing for customers
• The definition of who should receive discounted fees (i.e. credits) and how those discounts are determined and summarizing recommendations to present to the city Administration for consideration.
