Stormwater Fee Calculator
Stormwater fees have been carefully worked out to spread responsibility and impact as equitably as possible. An online calculator is provided to help you estimate what you will pay, beginning Summer 2008.
The Stormwater Rate Calculator estimates residential and non residential fees for Jacksonville residents based on the rates in City Ordinance 2007-836-E. These rates are being refined and are expected to result in fees somewhat lower than those presented in the stormwater ordinance. More information and revised rates will be posted as they are made available.
A Credit Policy will apply to customers that own, maintain, and operate stormwater facilities that exceed the City's current stormwater design requirements.
Fees begin Summer 2008. The first bill will be issued in Spring 2008 for six months of the charge (July to December).
Beginning January 1, 2009, the fee will be billed in one annual sum each year.
